「This was a great stopover place for a trip to Kansas City (Arrowhead). Easy checking, friendly, clean, strong air conditioning. Breakfast was ok, with eggs even. A really good option.」

「We have strayed twice and were very happy with each room. Very clean, no carpet, good air conditioning with fan mode, in room coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, and soap/shampoo dispensers. Beds had both flat and fluffy pillows which worked perfectly for us. Traffic noise woke me up in the morning, but I'm a light sleeper. Will stay again the next time we're traveling through.」

「This was our first time staying at Walnut Waters. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners and stay at such a relaxing and well-appointed venue. One of the best experiences was enjoying the beautiful scenery while relaxing on the pond. 」

「The room we had (214) sink is clogged water running down so slow. The front desk staff not very helpful. Our tv was not working and she stated” just scroll through sources” turns out the cables were disconnected and I needed to connect again. The hotel seems a little run down. Maybe a little upkeeping needs to occur.」

「I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best」
