"Hotel is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, a short walk to Boston Commons. Easy walk to T stations to explore the rest of the city or to go to a concert at TD Garden. Highly recommend this hotel. "

I haven’t experienced this kind of service for a long time, could be a couple decades, and I am a world traveller often stay at 5 stars hotel. Someone needs to give their management team an award. "
"The front desk was alsome in helping finding rides, resturants, local info! My only issue was not knowing the Hotel transfer driver takes a break from 12 noon until 3pm which affected my friend and I getting to the hotel so in lieu of the $10 fee a taxi cost me $45! My friend $35, the breakfast was great perfect start to the day! Had a lot of plans for Boston but the rain changed those plans and again the front desk helped in guiding me to some indoor items until the downpours slowed up in the afternoon!"
