「The rooms were clean and cozy. Loved the record player in the room and that we were able to take records to our room. I went when a snowstorm was about to start and the temperatures were below 10 degrees. My room was nice and warm, I even had to open the window. The heated pool was nice too. I didn’t get in but I saw people in the pool and I saw the steam from my window. The staff were also nice and informative. I would definitely stay there again! 」

「今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。
如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。」
