「Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night).」

「This is basically a student share, where you will get a room from a kid off for the summer, with shared bathroom (clean enough, but towels provided smelled moldy, so we went out to but a new one). One bed was missing a top sheet, and bottom sheet looked wrinkled, which made us worry about clean sheets. The cleaning lady was very helpful and polite and assured us it was. 「Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive」

The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.」
