「Very nice」

「This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby.」

「The Hotel was great as were the staff. The dislike regarded a customer with truck and trailer who found it appropriate to take five parking spaces for his needs when there were other options he could use. I say he because I saw him in the morning start up his truck and leave.」

「This hotel is beautiful. The dining options are many and the pool and gym are excellent. When we checked in the front desk gave us ear plugs because of construction going on. Luckily it didn’t bother our sleep at all! Every employee we interacted with was lovely! 」

「I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was...

「We picked it because close to Empire State Trail as we go from Buffalo to Albany and that they allow us to bring bikes into our rooms. Breakfast good, staff friendly 」

「Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door. 」

「Great location, walk one block to access the beach! Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance. The amusement park is only open on weekends. Room was as advertised. Only issue was checking in - I did not receive necessary information because I booked online, so be sure to call to confirm the details before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. 」
