「The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. 「This little place is nestled right next to the highway, but the room is well insulated against noise. It is noisy by the pool, but it is a lovely, good sized hotel pool which we all enjoyed. We brought blow ups for it. The owners definitely take pride in how they run the Hotel. Right next door is the Erie Canal Cruise place (loved that) and it's close to Cooperstown and Howe Caverns and other regional sites. Picnic tables, Continental breakfast, vending machines. Its a great value.」

「I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was...
