「Front desk staff was very helpful and polite! Room well kept, clean and comfortable.」

「It looked like the property was desolate for a long time and just made enough improvements in the rooms to open for this weekend. It needs a lot of upgrading so I understand why the price was so low. We didn’t get new towels any of the days air-conditioning worked the tub in the shower was not that clean clean enough to take a shower though good enough to sleep in for three days.」

「The hotel was convenient for my location. It’s way overpriced for the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The vinyl floor in my room was filthy.」

「The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast but there’s actually no breakfast. I asked the receptionist about it and she said it’s not up to them, that it’s something that Expedia does. I’m pretty sure that falls under false advertising and breach of contract. We paid for a product as advertised and didn’t get what was advertised. I wonder what would’ve happened if we decided to just pay portion of the bill and just blame it on Expedia and say that it’s Expedia that said we’d pay full amount...

「Out refrigerator was unplugged because it made loud noises. Front desk told me to just leave it unplugged. One bathroom had the fan on max speed all day and night, while our other rooms bathroom fan did not funtion. When we requested housekeeping, nothing was cleaned. There was dried poop on the inside of the toilet when we moved in. Staff apologized constantly but did nothing to improve housekeeping. 3 times I had to get my own fresh towels from the front desk because housekeeping did not clean...

「Staff at front desk was helpful, even at 4:30 AM. Appreciated the cleanliness, plenty of parking. Breakfast could definitely use some help!! And indoor pool area was not comfortable at all - sitting area was outside, the room was very hot & decking around the pool stayed soaked with some puddles. Overall, I give it a B+. Offer a better breakfast and I might bump it up to an A-.」
