"Okay hotel. We had a good experience, but we were a little confused why it is rated so well. The rooms are a little dated and could use a paint job. The staff were helpful but not exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast tasted pretty much like every other hotel. The definition of four stars. Okay in a pinch but not a hotel worth driving out of your way to visit. "

"They are doing construction, which begins at 6am! At a casino! Most people have only been asleep for a few hours at that time. I work for a hotel and we would never do any renovations or new building before 9am, and we are definitely not a late night spot like Turning Stone. The least they could have done was to let me know at checkin that there will be big trucks revving and backing up (with the corresponding beeping noise) and dudes on the roof right outside yelling down to the ground below. "The rooms reeked of smoke when they were supposed to be nonsmoking. Requested first floor because of 85 year-old disabled lady and was told it couldn’t be changed. Lobby at check-in reeks of smoke- employees smoking right outside of where you enter the lobby. Trashy."

"Came for a competition weekend, first off paid a lot for a room in which I didn’t get the extra sofa coach I needed, getting into our room took forever with the cards would show green then we couldn’t get in several times. Ran out of wash cloths, had to use hand towels as wash cloths. Room was clean, bed was decent. "

"The shower curtain had mold on it. There was no water filling g stations full so we had to go to the gym. Evening staff was excellent to deal with and having the on-call shuttle was so convenient!"
