「We stayed at this Hampton Inn because it was close to the Nexus Center Ice Rink. Our room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was good, with multiple choices. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The Hotel was great as were the staff. The dislike regarded a customer with truck and trailer who found it appropriate to take five parking spaces for his needs when there were other options he could use. I say he because I saw him in the morning start up his truck and leave.」

「I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. 「Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door. 」
