You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Took me to my room and also located a better pillow for me. I knew it was an old historic building but I forgot what comes along with that. Loud radiators that took awhile to get a good temperature. Two nights I didn’t need the radiator but having the windows open was also noisy as they were banging against the frame in the wind. Not sure if I would stay here again, but it was a great location for my needs.

We stayed here for a concert at turning stone and it was super cool! Clean, warm, and cozy. Super historic, has a little museum and you can tour the mansion. Highly recommend!!!
