"Nice day it's very convenient location I've stayed before when is Utica never really have any issues. The only issue this trip (which really has nothing to do with the hotel) was there was a large industrial truck of somebody staying at the hotel and it was parked not too far from my door and it ran and cycled all night which was really annoying unfortunately keeping the fan on in the room did most of the noise but it really was quite obnoxious."

"Overall, our experience was okay. Only one interaction with staff upon check in. She was efficient and polite. Our room was clean enough, very small bathroom. Continental breakfast typical. I recommend this facility as a lower cost overnight stay."

"Staff were very helpful and professional. Location was great for trip from Niagara Falls to Boston. Room was really great with very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived - we were offered use of the neighbouring hotel pool, but it meant going outside. Breakfast was ok. Would definitely stay again if travelling that way."
