「The room is clean and quite new I would like to stay here again next time when I visit the Windy City 」

「Good」

「From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was absolutely wonderful! I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name who checked me in but he was the absolute nicest person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The room was very nice and they didn’t skimp on anything! Breakfast was also very good! Lots to choose from! Will definitely stay again!」

「The hotel is within walking distance from CTA Blue Line UIC-Halsted station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with heavy luggage since the station is equipped with an elevator. Plus, our room has a balcony where you can enjoy a romantic and stunning night view of the city skyline."」

「I absolutely loved staying here! The staff were truly lovely, the breakfast was awesome, the food from the restaurant at night was great, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Only extremely minor complaint is that I wish their marketplace offered slightly more. That pathetic complaint aside, I would totally recommend staying here to anyone.」

「Close to many stores and restaurants. Valet parking」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」
