The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a smell in the room as if someone had smoked in there prior even though it was a non smoking room but it didn’t bother us. The bed was comfy and I love the window view.

WOW! This property and the employees are very accommodating! I felt safe, everyone was friendly, the food was GREAT, and it's in a good distance to all the fun things you want to do in Chicago. Highly recommended!
