"OMG—I don’t even know where to begin! My stay was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly greeted by the Hilton staff, which set the tone for a wonderful experience. My room was very comfortable and spacious, and I especially enjoyed having my own outdoor patio. The health and recreational facilities were top-notch—from the yoga classes to the treadmill, elliptical, and even a Peloton bike. The weight room was fantastic as well. The spa was incredibly relaxing. I treated myself to a reflexology massage after spending time in the hot tub, and it was perfect. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here—and I would highly recommend it to friends."

"The property is not well maintained. The elevator was not functioning in the spa building, there were dead insects floating in the hot tub, the jets in the tub weren’t working, the advertised rooftop bar was closed, there was no bell staff to assist, housekeeping was spotty, the couch cushions by the fireplace were filthy, carpet leading up to our room was very dirty. The room needed updating, poor lighting in bathroom, chipped paint on doors and counter, ancient air unit that had a moldy drip, rug under bed kept sliding and flipping up, very annoying. Upon questioning I was told that the property sold about year and a half ago. The new owners intend on doing a total overhaul. The price for this resort is way out of line with the quality. On a positive note, my travel companion said his spa treatments were both excellent and the on-site restaurant, Rascal, is very good. It is outsourced and operated by an independent restaurant group with James Beard nominations."

"Nice property, if you get a room facing the courtyard, not the apartments that was my view. I was lucky enough to get a crappy room, while better ones were available. I got the one that the stairwell is attached to (yippee), and the ice machine right next to that (make that a double yippee). Then, I listened as a thump/thud occurred coming from the outside wall, every 1 to 2 minutes. I noticed it at 2:30 AM, and it continued until I fell back asleep around 5:30 AM. I even recorded it on my phone, just in case. Then there was the $11 cost for one 12 ounce Miller Lite. Wow, seriously? "

"Excellent spot. Very clean, helpful staff, excellent breakfast options. Rooms are large and clean, and well laid out. Not many eating options in the area around the hotel. Conveniently located near the highway."

"Hot tub was gross and had large crack in in and the mirror around it had damaged frame. Bathroom was put together very poor. Cabinet had raw wood edges. Tile had paint and grout spatters everywhere plus cracked tiles. We had the family room suite with 3 beds and one bed had red stains on sheet. Blood or make up dont know. Also only had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths and 1 roll of toilet paper. "
