「The only redeeming quality was the staff who were lovely and helpful! The photos do not match the hotel at all-they're nice and it's not well maintained! The pool is foggy, paint is peeling and the room is dim and in overall in need of love so I wasn't able to use it at all as I had hoped. The carpet in my room was dirty in several places, not just when I moved the ottoman (clearly they don't move things to vacuum) including someone's dried up contact on the carpet. There was hair in the sink...
