「Excellent location. Close to the Central Train station and Metro. Was surprised that the room was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed daily! Was quite except when the local foot ball team wan a game, then there were fireworks! Usually not too late. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Recommend.」

「Das Zimmer war auf jeden Fall sehr sauber und die Lage direkt an der Bahnstation ist perfekt. Die Gegend kann abends etwas ungewohnt wirken, was jedoch in Neapel nicht untypisch ist. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.」

「We had a very friendly welcome on arrival. . Unfortunately we had to leave a few hours after we had checked in, due to lack of action regarding our broken toilet and the bed linen and towels were dirty, with dubious stains on the throws in the room. We have booked many inner city hotels through Expedia and this one was sadly below our expectations. 」

「The owner was really lovely and passionate about her business and Naples. She was very caring when helping us with an issue not related to our accommodation.
The breakfast served in the room was delicious and she went out of her way to help us with gluten-free pastries - a rare treat!」

「We booked this accommodation as we wanted to be close to the train and bus station. Check in was ok, but we were initially met by a man who just told us to wait in the courtyard. Turns out the man was a security gaurd. It would have been better to have been told this is who would meet us.
The "owner" was pleasant as he explained everything about the room and how to gain entry out of hours etc. The street noise is very loud, but didn't particularly bother us, A.C. unit was good and the noise...
