The area outside and communal stairwell are very run down, but the apartment has everything you need, there is no lift so you’ll be carting lugguage up loads of stairs!! 「Our room was fine and looked like the photos. However there were some things that just didn’t work as expected. We had some difficulty opening our door. There was no place to hang toilet paper in our bathroom which seemed a bit odd. Had I’d known that the hotel was on the grubby side of piazza Garibaldi, I probably would’ve have booked it. I think greater effort could be made on the part of the hotel to clean up the inner courtyard, elevator and stairs which we had to use to get to our room....

「We booked this accommodation as we wanted to be close to the train and bus station. Check in was ok, but we were initially met by a man who just told us to wait in the courtyard. Turns out the man was a security gaurd. It would have been better to have been told this is who would meet us. The "owner" was pleasant as he explained everything about the room and how to gain entry out of hours etc. The street noise is very loud, but didn't particularly bother us, A.C. unit was good and the noise...

「Check-in at specific time, staff will contact you through email/whatsapp beforehand. Highly recommend this stay. My room is "life", it is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. The building has a small elevator we can use. 」

「We booked this location as it's a short walk from Napoli Centrale for our early departure to the airport. Lift was helpful to reach 3rd floor with luggage. Never met the owner but cleaning lady (no English) was there to explain keys, kitchen, etc. and pay her the city tax...not leave it upon departure.」

「Convenient location for central train station, but the stay felt much more like a basic hostel than a hotel. Amenities were very minimal and the limited check-in hours made things less convenient than expected. Overall, okay for a short budget stay, but expectations should be set accordingly.」

「A surprisingly homey property, you cannot judge the book by its cover and the elevator. The husband and wife owners are very helpful and warm and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and always locally made and locally sourced. I would recommend the property when in Naples . Walking distance to all the sites and the terminal. Gracie!」
