I have very mixed opinions on this hotel. Some things were great : Location less than 4 min walk from the train station. Close to many areas and only 30 mins walk to port. Room size was comfortable for one person. Shower was excellent with lovely toiletries. You have lots of options at breakfast. Food is of a high quality and staff welcoming and helpful. The following would have made my stay more comfortable given I was there for 4 nights One complementary bottle of water Access to coffee / tea making facilities in room or reception Wine available in minibar Tissues available in bathroom However my main complaint was the heat. The room was extremely warm. You can’t control the temperature well in your own room. I woke up a lot due to being too hot. It was too noisy to keep my window open as I was overlooking a busy street. I did open it periodically. I enjoyed my stay here and while I have listed 4 small suggested changes my main reason for not giving 5 stars is the room temperature.

Room was generally clean and comfortable with AC running great. However, the bathroom shower wall edges have molds that was kind of not pleasant to look at while showering. Think new caulking is required. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Overall, quite a pleasant stay.

The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!
