「I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we...

「Ocean view is the most beautiful beach I ever seen.」

「Lily our house keeper is friendly and very helpful. Exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay!」

「too few breakfast options, the elevator wait was too long, but everything else was great.」

「Good location, clean room.」
