"Overall our stay was excellent and the hotel was clean. We were greeted eith leis.My biggest complaint was the top comforter on the bed had a stain on it. We called the front desk and they were able to change it out. Housekeeping was good. The hallways seem run down and definitely need updating. The room is on the smaller side but It had a great walk in shower. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The poolside was amazing. The people at the front parking were very kind and made sure I always got into the right Uber. We loved the ferry ride to Universal it was easy. When we checked out they had extra charges on our account When I told them they were not mine they took them off right away. The Cafe had decent coffee that was easy to grab before heading out. The hotel smelled really nice. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again."
