"We booked a family ensuite room at what we thought was a hostel for our one night in Queenstown not expecting much, and were very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean, and just generally nice the room was. It happened to be the night that the World Cup semi final was on at 7 AM, but we couldn't get it on the TV in our room. The lovely lady at reception had no idea how to fix that, but found us another, empty room where we could watch the important game, which was absolutely above and beyond. Would return here in a heartbeat. (Also, even though we arrived about 10 PM, we were able to park almost right outside our room, in the height of ski season.)"

"This is a great hostel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities are well kept and well resourced. The shared rooms can be quite cosy and space can be at a premium, so just be mindful of that if you have a lot of luggage. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and the balcony view is awesome"
