We recently stayed at this place for 6 nights and absolutely loved our experience. The breakfast each morning was fresh and really set us up for the day. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room service was a real highlight, our room was serviced everyday at a very high standard. We also had a beautiful view from our room which made our stay feel extra special especially in the mornings and at sunset. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown was an absolute gem! The free breakfast was a great bonus—delicious, fresh, and a perfect start to the day. The location is unbeatable—right in the city and within walking distance to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the lakefront, which made it super convenient especially with the busy traffic in Queenstown. The facilities were modern, clean, and really well looked after, and having secure parking inside the hotel was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nice quiet hotel in a great location. The CBD is only a short walk away but it is far enough away not to be a noise problen. The hotel bar is comfortable and breakfast is good.
