We had the most wonderful stay at Azur. The lodge was perfect in every way with dramatic views of the lake. The staff were all fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. I would highly recommend Azur Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful luxury stay in Queenstown.

The location is beautiful and private, and the services are all-encompassing. Best part of Azur, though, is its team. They coordinate everything possible, internal and external to the property, to craft the overall experience you want from your visit to Queenstown.

Really professional and excellent customer service during our stay. The view outside of our window was breathtaking. Nice and clean facility, quiet and have a good sense of taste. Friendly staff members. Great they offer transportation to the city area, with very flexible time. The only thing can be improved is the hair dryer. We loved our stay with Azur and would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Queenstown

Azur exceeded all out expectations, which were very high considering the price. But their service exceeds world class luxury hotels, the unit is amazing with so many thoughtful touches to truly pamper you in luxury. Location is beautiful with amazing views, and it's truly relaxing. We really didn't want to leave and definitely want to return. It is well worth the price. Their breakfast, afternoon tea & canapé are delicious, everyone on staff are extremely friendly and responsive, and their car service to town makes it possible for you to not have to have a car during your stay. I've stayed in many very nice hotels around the world and I have to rank Azur at the top in terms of how they pamper you & surround you with luxury. The massage therapists from mobile massage - Indulge - are some of the best we've experienced. We had two Japanese masseuses for a couples massage and they were fantastic. The staff at the hotel are mostly from other countries and it was fun to talk to them. They're all very kind and well trained. I highly recommend Azur.

This was my second stay at Azur Lodge. The friendliness of the staff are comfortable surroundings are outstanding. Afternoon tea and drinks with canopies are just some of the welcoming touches. Nothing is too much trouble. A wonderful place to stay and we will return.

The entire team at Azur are to be recommended, my sister and I had never experienced such a luxurious 5 star stay before, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we couldn’t fault them. They aim to make you feel at ease, and not to lift a finger, we were out of place compared to our normal style accommodation, but enjoyed every second. If you’re looking to treat yourself, for whatever reason, choose Azur!

The photos on this page doesn't do justice how absolutely gorgeous the villas and the view of the mountains are! We stayed at the Azur Lodge for our honeymoon! The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the deep soaking indoor hot tub with the mountain view. We also loved the staff's genuine hospitality, and our attendants were the nicest people ever. They gave us a bottle od bubbles as a gift for our trip.Thank you so much for this unforgettable stay! Our only regret was staying for just one night!

Firstly the Villa was very well laid out, spacious and afforded magnificent views and the privacy we like. We had guests a couple of times and being able to share a drink and nibbles with enough space was great I'm only sorry we couldn't stay for a week!
