"This is an excellent place to stay. Clean, modern, with friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes or less walk to the main drag, and there’s a supermarket right around the corner, as well as the bus stop including the airport route."

"Clean, comfortable modern hotel situated near the airport. There is a parking garage for $15 per night; free parking is quite limited. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the restaurant was unexpectedly good. My only quibble was the in-room heating. My room was a bit chilly, and changing the thermostat temperature had absolutely no effect. The hieroglyphics on the thermostat were indecipherable. A printout of operating instructions would be helpful!"

"Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff and loved the laundry in the room. It’d be nice two coffees instead of one if it’s a double occupancy reservation. Figuring out the thermostat was challenging, additional directions would’ve saved time. Great otherwise. "

"The staff were very kind and tried to do all they could to ensure our honeymoon was great. The food was delicious and they cleaned our room really nicely every day. Sylvester is the man. He’s made us feel very at home!"

"Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Queenstown. Incredible staff who make you feel extremely welcome and special. Only complaint is the hotel is currently undergoing major works with construction running during our stay between 7-6pm which was not disclosed when booking. We are quite an easy going couple so wasn’t a big turn off for us but I can imagine for some this would be very problematic and some of the works meant needing to access an alternative entrance up a steep hill. In saying this the hotel did go above and beyond with providing complimentary services. Would recommend this hotel especially once they have finished their works. "
