"This property has ZERO amenities. And, they don’t even try to make up for their shortcomings. No pool, no bar, no smoking. I completely understand that there is no smoking in the room but there is even no smoking on the balconies or the rooftop sitting area ( And yes, the only thing to do is sit.) I would suggest the W down the street. I’ve stayed there twice and had a wonderful experience both times. "

"I would not stay here again as its basically a motel off a very busy street. Someone was hanging outside their room smoking as we checked in 2 doors down. Otherwise, it really is a nice setup."

"This hotel is 1,000,000 miles away from a four star hotel. The rooms are outdated and dirty. They did not have our proper room ready for us when we checked in. Had to move us the next day. I have a lot of pictures to show what was going on and I expect a refund."
