「Excelente 」

「Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.」

Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. 「The room was very clean, the views from the rooms are stunning. We got there and we had our driver that had to stay and the manager/owner was very kind and facilitated another room even though the receptionist had told us they were booked. I really loved this resort!」

「Really like this hotel. Beautiful view, off the beaten path a bit but still a not too far tuk tuk ride to town. More laid back than the fancier hotel next door but you can still eat there. Loved that breakfast and kayaks were included. Staff was really nice. Good value too. Staying here was like the best of both worlds with the convenience of staying in Panajachel but views being on the lake, especially if you only have a couple nights at the lake. 」
