「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「Check in was easy and the staff was courteous. The room was spacious and clean. The free meals were good and there was ample food. Again the employees were helpful and friendly. Check out was also simple and friendly. 」

「I was so happy with my stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I can’t say that about some other places I went in St Louis. The room was clean and nice. I was so impressed with the complimentary breakfast. There was some great choices but most of all they had gluten free muffins and bagels. I have a gluten allergy, so I was over the moon that they had gluten free options. The only down side was that parking was tight and limited. But overall a great stay.」
