「What a great hotel. The location, the rooms and the staff. It was the perfect location for our time in Istanbul. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants and easy to get around. Staff were very helpful with all of our questions We would stay there again. 」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「The biggest suite is on top of the last level the elevator/lift can reach. Meaning that you will have to walk on stairs. If you don’t want to climb any stairs, make sure you ask the staff before you book.」

「Quaint comfortable room with classic feeling furnishings. Helpful and attentive service, very good breakfast. Panoramic view from roof, but staff don't permit photos with interchangeable lens cameras "because the hotel is a designated historical site." And they said that status could be at risk if I was cought using my camera on the roof. 」
