Cons: Outdated, had a better glorious past: - floor heating was on all the time, controllers didn't really work. Technician came and said he disconnected it, but it was still on. - air-condition controllers were also not reliable, so at the end it was too hot. 「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」
