「I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The hospitality was truly outstanding, the front desk staff were so warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also have to shout out the breakfast; the fresh fruits, bread and pastry selection was fantastic. Highly recommended!」

「Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. The service was amazing. The workers Sabri, Elif and Serbon were so understanding of the fact that we didn’t speak Turkish and helped us find nice places to eat and even took pictures for us. They also got us a taxi from our hotel from the airport for cheaper prices!! 10/10 would highly recommend!」

「Great spacious apartment, so much bigger than it looks in pics. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer (room 102) as well as a lift. Clean and comfortable apartment, friendly staff. The location was perfect, although the street can be a bit noisy at night, you can hear outside music from the living room but you can't hear anything from the bedrooms so we had an uninterrupted sleep. We were 3 females, stayed for 7 nights and felt completely safe even late at night....

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」
