「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

The owners have done a wonderful update of the rooms which are large, airy and extremely comfortable. Bedding is excellent. The rooftop restaurant is superb and commands a sweeping view of the Bosporus and Old City. Best of all, the staff is charming and helpful. Definitely our first choice in Istanbul!」

「The biggest suite is on top of the last level the elevator/lift can reach. Meaning that you will have to walk on stairs. If you don’t want to climb any stairs, make sure you ask the staff before you book.」
