「非常好的體驗，職員專業，去碼頭也非常方便，值得一住」

「Sound proof needs to be improved between the rooms, very good hotel everything is nearby」

「Excellent hotel ❤️ Especially their service 」

「Thr staff is great. I would definitely stay again Great location, and great staff The master suite is great」

「Hotel people are nice the room is great!」

「酒店位置很好，紧挨独立大街，店员非常热情，主动提供帮助，在经历了前面预订酒店被坑的糟糕体验后，这个酒店的服务和条件简直不能更满意了！」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「The location is very convenient and the room is clean. The staffs are nice and helpful. But there is no lift...」

「Very busy 24/7. Having aircon on during night time and wearing earplugs definitely saved our sleep to some extent. Spacious apartment but what is offered on Expedia page will not be the apartment you get upon checking in.」

「We had a safe and comfortable stay in a clean and large room. Also, the front desk staff is very polite. 」

「Very friendly staff, and resident cat! Rooms were very comfortable, great views looking out over the city towards the sea. A great spot, particularly in the evenings as there were plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby.」
