「As a hotel executive in New York City, I am a big fan of Turkish hospitality. No country can beat Turkish hospitality and service culture.
My room was modest and clean. Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity.
I did not get a chance to use the rooftop breakfast, however. The Pera district offers tons of great restaurant and cocktail bar...

「Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment.
From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. Thanks to him, our impression of Istanbul and Türkiye became incredibly positive.
