Conveniently located.
Near all the attractions.
Staff very helpful.
Breakfast is just mediocre at best.
We had our main meals outside the hotel, to taste local cuisine.
Great location for first timers in Istanbul, clean room and modern hotel. Has a good TV to hook up our fire stick.
Bring ear plugs, you will hear cars horning and music still the early hours.
The hotel had a great boutique vibe. It was in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The King Size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Great value….Recommend it highly
Very nice hotel. Extremely well located, close to İstiklal street, Şişane metro station. Lots of eating places close by. Staff very helpful. I had chosen a superior room which was extremely spacious and comfortable.
My only criticism would be that their breakfast was unremarkable. Having got used to other hotels having a widespread breakfast buffet, the breakfast at this hotel was quite sparse.
This was one of best hotel while in Istanbul and I stayed at 3, it was very clean and the staff was amazing. It walkable distance to everything. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to shop and explore. I will definitely stay again
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would happily stay here again! ❤️🇹🇷
Service was incredible from the time I stepped foot into to building to when I stepped out. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Istanbul! Thank you!
It was an amazing experience staying in the wings hotel. Perfect location with knowledgeable staff. Deniz was doing an amazing job. Definitely will be back.
I was not happy with coordination with hotel regarding checking and hotel transfer from airport. We arrived with two separate flights and although they asked all the information they did not provide a ride to hotel and also they didn’t let the first group to check in before I arrived. They kept them in the lobby for several hours.
The location of the hotel was excellent. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The shower drainage was not very good.
The quality of breakfast and service was not good at all, but the area had a very nice view.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel and room were modern, nicely decorated and overall very comfortable, and the location was good.
Cleaning could be a little more thorough, particularly in the shower, and there were a few minor repairs that could be addressed.
Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned for two days in a row. This was rectified fairly quickly after raising it with reception, but it did cause some inconvenience. On the second occasion, we returned after being out all day at around 16:30 to find the room had still not been serviced and there were no clean towels, so we were unable to shower. We then had to wait for the room to be cleaned, despite needing to leave again at 17:45. This left us with very limited time to get ready, and we had expected the room to have been serviced while we were out.
On our final night, there was a wedding taking place outside the hotel. While this was understandably outside the hotel’s control, the road can already be noisy, and combined with the wedding it made sleeping very difficult. The hotel also did not have any earplugs available. Light sleepers may want to request a room away from the front.
Overall, a comfortable and nicely presented hotel in a good location, but the housekeeping and noise issues did impact our experience.
The support team at The Wings Hotel Pera were so kind and helpful during our 8-day stay: Fatih Hocalar at breakfast was extremely friendly, our housekeeper, Fatos kept our room spotless. And Bharat the porter was helpful and spoke excellent English.
The hotel itself is a very nice, boutique style hotel. It’s located one street away from the main shopping area and is surrounded by hundreds of restaurants. In short, a good location in the new town - it felt very local and safe.
Our room - a premium delux - was very comfortable and big enough for a sofa bed for the third person. Located at the front of the hotel, it was quite noisy at night - the restaurant opposite had live music, there’s a bar outside and traffic is noisy.
Given it’s a city centre hotel, there’s no outside space (other than a small smoking area on the street at the front.
Breakfast (accessed by a lift which goes to every floor) is on the top floor with lovely views. It’s a Turkish breakfast served on a platter with multiple small dishes of olives, cheese, meats, honey, etc - very nice and good quality but for an extended stay became repetitive.
There’s lots of practical things like kettle, fridge, safe, water, coffee and nice touches like dressing gowns. It all felt sophisticated and I would recommend this hotel.
The staff were exceptionally helpful.
Erkan Ozbek was very friendly and recommended some neighborhood we should explore.
Arda can answer to all your questions about the city sites and shops.
Burak was very efficient and helpful. The whole staff was so accommodating with every question we had. We spent three days in the old town very interesting to see all antiquities. This is in Taksim area and a very vibrant community. You have to see both to have a great instanbul experince.
