Great location, great and kind staff. Breakfast is a plus with great view of the city and Galata tower. Clean rooms. We stayed in the connected rooms which was really convenient.

Hotel propre ds l ensemble chambre petite mais propre petit déjeuner très moyen surtout les viennoiseries et le pain pas frais serveurs pas très souriant sinon belle vue au 8 eme étage attention les chambre balcon donnent sur une cour pas très accueillant rempli de pigeon vu sur un mur gris moyen au niveau vu de la chambre pour rester 3 jours ça va mais pas plus.

When we checked in, the room reserved had two major concerns: first, the AC was turning off every two hours which caused so much disturbance to our sleep as it was very hot weather in Istanbul. Second, the room carpet was very dirty and stained. We raised our concern to the receptionist a few times. At first, they informed us there was no other room available. After three days, we were granted another room with better flooring (less stain and much clean) but the AC issue was similar in both rooms. The receptionists and the lady at the restaurant (breakfast was included) were very kind and supportive. The location is great as it is walking distance from Galata Tower and Teksim - Istiklal area. I am sure with some attention to details like changing the room flooring and fixing the AC issue, this hotel can earn a 5 star rating.

Great small boutique hotel located in Galatar historic district just a few steps from Sishane metro stop. Excellent metro access from the IST airport as well as to Grand Bazar, Sultanahmet historical district via tram. Also enjoyed the Istanbul sunset views, excellent breakfast from the roof top bar. You can find all you want to do in Galatar district including shopping, restaurants/outdoor bars, art gallery. Wonderful staff and charming hotel cat too!

We had an amazing time in Istanbul and the hotel was wonderful. From the moment we checked in, Rahim and the team took excellent care of us, making sure that our questions were answered and that our stay was nothing less than perfect. In addition, the breakfast and the view of the Galata Tower each morning was breathtaking. Our breakfast host, Simin, always greeted us with a smile and she truly brightened our mornings. The building is a bit old and the room is smaller. But they are kept clean and no problem to stay. The location is excellent and easy to access to tourist areas. The breakfast was not so gorgeous compared with that at 5 star hotel of course but good enough and we enjoyed it every morning. The restaurant is located on roof top and the view from there is wonderful. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only problem was that they didn't have English TV channel, only Turkish.

Agréable séjour

Situation correcte transport à proximité . Les chambres font le job. Mais ce n'est pas grave ce n'est que des petits détails . Par contre le personnel au top. Ils essayent de solutionner les désagréments. La clim ne marchait pas correctement . mais toujours soucieux de satisfaire le client . Merci au réceptionniste en journée qui nous a aussi aidés pour le transfert retour aéroport très réactif . Merci aux personnel du petit déjeuner . Je recommande sans hésitation

Très bel hôtel

Très bon accueil, hôtel moderne, rooftop au 8ème étage très agréable; les chambres sont confortables; dommage que l'isolation acoustique ne soit pas à la hauteur; on entend très bien la chambre voisine, les bruits dans le couloir (portes qui claquent). Hormis ce point, tout était parfait!

The Hotel is perfectly located to discover Istanbul. It ha a great size, our room as expected and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop restaurant during breakfast. The stuff is very friendly and Rahmi always available to provide us great restaurant and other places to visit advises.
