The hospitality was truly outstanding, the front desk staff were so warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」
