"A lot of state funded people are living here. The room wasn't as clean as it should be (we found hair in different places). The fire alarm went on for no reason, and Noone from thecstaff said it was clear to return inside (instead they took the opportunity to smoke). It looks like it was once a nice hotel, but it has depleted (many of the areas were empty ot locked down)."

"Bed looked like a body was left on it for weeks. Gave me sheets to cover it. Also never received my security deposit. "

"Room had no heat. Obviously, staff was aware as the room had a table top heater & a table top fan. Hotels.com never noted that Syracuse Inn was undergoing renovations. You should have been aware of this issue. Otherwise, everything else was good."

"The hallway carpets were dirty, garbage on the floor. The breakfast was limited and the refrigerated items looked warm and had been left out. The bedsheets had hair on them. The bathroom door couldn’t lock. The water wouldn’t get hot in the shower. The paint on the walls and doors was peeling."

"It was nice but way over priced. Also didn’t appreciate the surprise parking fee that was charged after it was completely prepaid. Because of that fee, I would not book there again regardless of the amount. 308 dollars is too much for a hotel in Liverpool ny. I been to resorts on the oceanfront for less than that. "

"An overnight stay, off the beaten path, but close proximity to the airport. The staff was attentive and friendly and the breakfast sufficient. Would recommend if you're flying from Syracuse airport. "
