"Really nice place to stay--very clean and comfortable. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly. We felt valued and welcome. Best hotel hot breakfast I've ever had. When we inadvertently left a small item in the room's fridge, the housekeeper tracked us down in the parking lot and returned it. There are actually containers for recyclable items on every floor. This place does everything right and is our favorite place to stay,"

"Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "

"It was a nice clean hotel . The only thing I would advise is to have a better breakfast options . Actually put out real food , eggs , sausage, potatoes . And make it go till 10am everyday . "

"The breakfast selection was great I appreciated the omelet station. The room was perfect, actually larger than I anticipated. I did check-in via the app and that was seamless, I did wish there was a simpler way to share the room key if someone didn't have the app, other than that miniscule detail, everything was great!"
