I'm happy with our stay here. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was OK. It is quiet and near the airport. There were some bathroom complains but overall everything was good. Thank you so much!

Would not recommend. All amenities we closed. Continental breakfast was a joke. You had to cook your own food. Went there on a wednesday. Had to ask 3 times to get new towels and bedding. They didnt do anything about it till the 3rd time I asked which was sunday 4 days after check in. Very disappointed. Honestly would like my money back. Construction on the roof the entire visit so getting woke up at 8 am on a vacation is quite ridiculous.

The staff that helped at night was very kind. Unfortunately the floors were sticky like someone dumped honey on them and I had to literally wash them myself to walk around and there was pee all over the back of the toilet and around it that it smelled so bad. I have pictures as well.

I was given a room where next to it, at 7AM they started doing construction and they were hitting the wall and it was a horrible noise. I was not able to sleep. If they know they are doing construction why would you put a guest in the room next door? I asked for another room, I had to go back and ask again around 2pm and finally they gave it to me.

Dirty carpets in common areas, room was hot but no way to cool it off expect opening a dirty window with no screen that sat over a dumpster. Police activity during my stay. Staff was sarcastic and not helpful. Smelled bad.

Excellent staff at check in, very pleasant , helpful and professional. Room was horrible front door has to be pushed using all your weight to close. Bathroom horrible flush tank did not work as well as room phone. Had to go to front desk receptionist very helpful changed room. Hotel under renovation so not recommended until it is completely renovated.

The price (at the current time) was great for me. It turns out this is because the hotel is undergoing significant renovation (April/May 2026). There were more workers than guests and the hotel condition is not great. But the price was great and the room was adequate. I will be back soon because of the price. I assume once the renovations are done the hotel will be back in better condition. Couldn’t complain with the current price though.

Very disappointed the pool wasn't working, the breakfast isnt worth mentioning due to them having NO food and very limited parking due to construction. I will say the room was clean .I tried to make the most of it with low tunes but even that was short lived by the fun police knocking on the door at 7pm on a Saturday night🙄So no pool , breakfast parking or music!

On Friday night I had very loud people talking, screaming in the hall outside my room from midnight to 1am. I called the front desk, and they said they would look into it. Not sure anything happened.

In a 7 night stay, no one changes towels or spruces your room; new towels, shower soap, or a set of new sheets. However, take it upon yourself to go to the check in desk to get it yourself.

For the initial check in we had to wait for 10 minutes to be helped. Having two empty containers in the shower was surprising (shampoo & conditioner), but not having any soup in the entire room to wash our hands after using the restroom is simply unacceptable. Cheap visit $100. But no soap makes it disgusting.
