"Great location but clearly management is not on top of hotel cleanliness. Carpets had stains, on our room we had gum stuck on the carpet. The toilet had a foul odor. The 36th floor rooftop breakfast had amazing views. The breakfast selection was good but some of the food stations were not clean. Specially the juice station, a tad grimy. Some of the guest at breakfast showed up in their pajamas. One Mother (40’s) Daughter (7) duo arrived in flip flops, stained blouse with holes around the neck. This is out of control from hotel management. Future visitors decorum matters, you are representing your people your nation when you travel abroad. Projected in a positive manner."
