We chose the superior double room, which is more spacious and perfect for couples. The room temperature is centrally controlled but can be adjusted between 16°C and 30°C by keeping the bedroom door closed. Housekeeping consistently maintains the room’s cleanliness and neatness. Bedding is changed every other day and can be cleaned daily upon request. Toiletries and coffee supplies are replenished daily. The room features a centralized switch for all lights and air conditioning at the bedside, and the internet service is reliable and fast. Despite occasional language barriers, the reception team excels in guest service. Pretti and N. Nakayama stand out for going above and beyond to assist, even when other staff have limited English skills.
