"Our twin room was small but clean. Air conditioning could not be changed but temperature was comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms. Ohigashi at the front desk. She gave us detailed directions to get to our destination. There were secured lockers on floor B1 for luggage if arrived too early for check in. Breakfast had a decent, not great, selection of foods. We arrived in Osaka at the Namba train station; it was confusing which of the many exits was closest to our hotel and the walk was longer than the expected. It be would be helpful if the hotel included detailed directions in its website."

"The location is amazing! Can not say anything about that. The staff i did not have any interaction with besides check in so nothing special. I booked a superior triple room with walk in shower and received an accesible room with a bath! The room was ok, large for Japanese standards as it was accesible, but it was on the second floor right in front of the elevator. So noise from the streets, and elevator which did not help! The airco remote was in Japanese so could not turn it on or off, which was really annoying! At some stages it got hotc and other times it was cold. Unadjustable."

"Really great hotel! Beautiful setting, nice room finishes and furnishings, and really close to transit. Staff was also really helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and I even got an upgrade!"

"Breakfast was ok because it was mostly friend foods but they did have a small selection of fruits and salad. The scrambled eggs were watery but the fried eggs were decent. The Onsen was great but one time there were many children screaming and making it bad for others. The location is great! They had free ice cream for after onsen or prebiotic drinks during morning I didn’t have a chance for the free ramen after 9 pm. Overall the hotel was great and would stay again. "

"Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals we won! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"
