We are near everything to do in Osaka , glieco man, the fish market for delicious food, excitement , the Donkoti store but most of all the staff ; all went out of there way to help especially mako who walked us to our station so we wouldn’t get lost; rooms are spacious and by American standards pretty spacious. This is very very important because most hotels rooms are small, we coming back next year and definitely staying here it’s are preferred choice.

Our stay at Hotel 88 was the best in Japan. The amenities provided, along with the helpfulness of the staff were top notch. They also surprised us with a complimentary drive to Namba station when we were checking out. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Short walk to major attractions and close to the train station as well.

A real find - minutes from all the action and the station. I have a high standard of cleanliness and this exceeded my standards! The hotel staff are so friendly and think of the things you will need before you do. From lending umbrellas out for the rain to a ride to the station when it was raining hard. Each member of staff so friendly without exception. We stayed in room 602 which was so quiet - away from the freeway. Spacious as well which was a lovely surprise. Great shower. Overall experience 11/10. Enjoyed the sitting area with coffee which again was spotlessly clean.

There was EXCELLENT customer service. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large compared to most hotels in Japan (and this was our 3rd hotel to compare). The location of the hotel was close to the train station and popular tourist attractions. The staff offer a welcome beverage of your choice when you arrive, and during your stay there is a free beverage station in the lounge with a pool table and massage chairs. We had 3 suitcases and 2 backpacks. I think they felt bad for us and gave us a complimentary ride to Shin Osaka station! Would definitely recommend if staying in Osaka.
