The room layout was good for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). Bathroom was a great size and beds comfortable with options for room service daily. The breakfast was a hit with both boys who loved coming down for morning and enjoying the variety. The service was excellent, staff was well trained and ability to speak English was helpful for our daily trips. Location is in the heart of Osaka shopping, foods and multiple train stations.

We booked the double deluxe room, it’s very spacious with a big window. Although our room is on the 3rd floor close to the elevator and the street, the room is quiet at night, allow us to get some quality rest. The location is perfect, it’s minutes away from major department stores and busy streets like shinsaibashi. Highly recommend!
