The location of this property is amazing if you want to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Staff service was acceptable. I didn’t appreciate all the waivers that I had to sign that I would check out on time at 10 a.m. or else I would be subject to a fee. Also I signed an agreement that if I lost the room key I would need to pay an additional 3,000 yen.

Stayed for 1 night to catch the next morning flight. Shuttle bus was prearranged around 5 am arrival on time. Standard double room was clean, mattress medium firm. Staff are courteous. Not closed to any shops or restaurants, the only one eatery available is at another hotel that requires some walking distance, due to the stormy rain, we ate the beef instant noodle from the vending machine. Overall it was a good stay.

What I love about this hotel is that it’s in the Doutonbori area. If you plan to stay in Doutonbori for shopping, this is the best place to stay. Also, a 7-Eleven is just beside the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
