「The thermal pools were great. The staff were fantastic and very customer service oriented. We appreciated how most staff could speak English to help us with our stay as we are still learning Spanish and they didn’t hold that against us. 」

「Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! 」

「Perfectly located and beautiful views. The loft was perfect for a short stay. Loved the semi-outdoor shower and the hot tub is a great touch. 」

「Room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and great shower. The couple that run the place looked after us very well. Breakfast was delicious. There are steps out the back into ‘town’ so you don’t have to walk round the block which it what Google suggests. The only slight negative is that the rooms have big windows (good) but other guests walk right past and can easily see in unless you shut the curtains.」
