"This hotel is a real gem. It oozes old time Victorian charm but with a current vibe, spotless rooms and an amazing, knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed the setting in Williams especially as it was decked out for Christmas. We will return and have already recommended it to friends. "

"This was a great room! The check in was easy, the staff was excellent, the parking was sufficient and the breakfast was good. I will certainly stay there again. My only complaint (yes, there is always one) is that the toilet paper had only one sheet left on the roll...a fresh roll would have been appropriate in this case. "

"Very clean rooms. No signs of smoking as stated. Very cute vintage refrigerator and microwave. Also a coffee maker. Towards the end of the strip. So that made it nice because we could just walk all the way down to the end and back. Easy parking. Will definitely recommend and stay again! And VERY AFFORDABLE for the price "

"Decided to sleep in so don’t know about the breakfast. The whole family slept great. We were there for the polar express but this hotel is a quick 5 min walk to the train but a third of the price of the hotel on sight. Definitely worth staying here with a small walk and saving the money. Place was clean, slept great!"
