Dated hotel that could use some deep cleaning and updating. It was reasonably clean. The bathroom sink was cracked in half and didn’t give hot water easily. Breakfast options were good. They jacked up the prices to $397 a night because of the Polar Express. Definitely not worth that price! Would have chosen another location if we had another option.

The room was nice with a king bed. Clean with fridge and microwave. First floor right across from breakfast and the ice machine. Good breakfast with eggs and crispy bacon. Coffee was decent and waffle machine plus all the rest of the yummy breakfast bar. All staff members were very courteous and helpful. I'll come back again. 😁

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was dirty and in poor condition. The headboards were pealing, the shower floor was stained, there werent any sheets for the pull out couch, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper available. We booked the hotel for the heated pool but it was out of order (apparently they had it listed as so on their website the previous month but had since taken it down). The 1 elevator available was pretty slow and there was no signage to point out where the stairs could be found. Overall, it was an okay, but slightly disappointing hotel stay.

We did not enjoy our stay. I stood at the front desk for like 5 minutes before some one came to check us in and then I picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and we showed up to find out it was closed! The rooms weren’t very nice and the beds were uncomfortable. Our room said it slept 6, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, well the pull out couch was a twin and could only sleep one person so one of my kids had to sleep on the floor, not to mention the mattress was soo bad you could feel every spring coming through! Only plus was the breakfast was good!

It was easy check-in hotel was super clean. The only downfall is the spa was not working, but other than that staff was friendly and polite.

The room was clean and quiet. Carpet felt a bit damp when we first arrived. Had requested a crib on reservation. Had to call down to request, but staff brought it right up. Breakfast was good; guests were greedy and entitled. Biscuits and gravy excellent. Wish there was chocolate milk. There's never enough cinnamon rolls. Again, greedy guests...they were gone by 8:30 a.m. Overall, excellent stay.

Place is great! Rooms nice and clean, easy to get to town, very nice facility. Now the breakfast that was included, not so good. Might be the worst eggs ever. lol. All in all if your looking for a nice safe place to stay this place is it.

Pretty decent for a family trip

We went to a family vacations, room pretty decent, comfy beds, but the bathroom was a little dirty, hair in the shower and no fan in the bathroom, breakfast pretty good.

the staff were very kind and helpful and the place was very clean. The one down side was that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a board with a thin cotton padding. My son slept on the pull out couch and the mattress on that was terrible as well-you could feel each and every individual spring. My son, who sleeps on the floor sometimes and is fine even said the pull out couch was uncomfortable.
