Room was clean very open; AC/ Heater worked fine The coffee was the only negative I and my wife could not drink it; breakfast was ok but I guess that's what most are like. Parking was great. There is a Restaurant right there and was very good. I would stay here again if I am out that way again

Given the price paid for our room it was an awesome hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly and bed was very comfortable. Room was extremly clean. My only complaint is the window unit providing heat/cooling was a bit aggravating. Would definitely stay here again if I am passing thru

We had a wonderful stay in Williams! It’s such a charming little town with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—especially if you’re planning to visit the Grand Canyon, as it’s just a short and scenic drive away. We spent a couple of days here with family, and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing parts of our trip. The town itself is very clean and peaceful, with a nostalgic Route 66 vibe. There are plenty of cute shops, local restaurants, and places to walk around in the evening. Everything felt safe and family-friendly, which was very important for us traveling with kids. The pace is slower, which makes it a great place to unwind after long drives or busy sightseeing days. Overall, Williams exceeded our expectations—we would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay near the Grand Canyon.

The waffle maker didn't work properly. All the waffles were stuck in the machine.There was only one lady who was trying to bring and fix everything for the breakfast.Nor so satisfied with the breakfast.But very clean and the staff very kind and helpful.
