Thank you to Jimmy and Jenny for organizing our airport pick-up and making recommendations during our stay. The room was clean and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We also booked a tour to the incense village through the hotel and had an amazing time. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our trip in Ha Noi so unforgettable."
