「Great location, immediately adjacent to rail, very close to old town area which is most interesting . Hotel staff, Fanny and Steeven were welcoming and most helpful.. Room clean, nicely done snd comfortable. Breakfast really good. Would recommend absolutely 」

「Toujours suffisant pour une nuit. La chambre est petite mais les lits sont confortable, la salle de bain étroite reste convenable le temps d'une douche. Le petit déjeuner est compris (il n'y a que des croissants et une machine à boissons chaudes mais là aussi, c'est suffisant pour le prix d'une chambre). Le seul vrai bémol c'est l'absence de volets roulants ! Le rideau est très opaque ceci dit...」

「Great location across from the large shopping mall. Plenty of parking with a couple of 22kW EV chargers near the entrance. Rooms are standard Novotel layout. Clean and modern. Only gripe was the bed was quite hard」

「We only had one night to stay in Arras as we were with friends who were visiting the war memorial. We found everyone at the hotel extremely helpful and caring. Breakfast was splendid. The hotel itself is full of character and historical interest. 」
